How the affiliate program works

Four steps, from signing up to the money in your bank account. The link changes nothing for the person you recommend: they pay the same price as everyone else.

  1. Create your partner account

    Name, email, phone and password. Our team checks every account; after approval you get your link and access to the partner account.

  2. Share your link

    In messages, on your site, in a newsletter or on social media, with a note that it is an affiliate link. You choose the name in the link, and it works on any page of the site.

  3. The client creates an account

    If they accept marketing cookies and create an account within 30 days, with email or with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn, they become your client. They can pay at any time after that.

  4. You receive the commission

    At their first payment, the commission appears in your partner account. You request the payout whenever you want and receive it by bank transfer, in RON, after a check.

The percentage grows with the total number of clients you have brought. The client who reaches a threshold is already paid at the new tier, and a commission, once calculated, does not change.

Conditions of the affiliate program

The rules by which clients are attributed and commissions are calculated and paid. They complete section 13.4 of the Terms & Conditions.

Who becomes your client

  • The person who reaches the site through your link, accepts marketing cookies and creates an account within 30 days at most. Without consent to marketing cookies, the visit cannot be attributed.
  • If they open the links of several partners, the last link opened before the account is created counts.
  • An account is attributed once, when it is created. Accounts created before the visit through your link are not attributed. The exception is a gift code bought through your link: the person who activates it becomes your client, unless they have already paid for something on the platform or are already another partner’s client.
  • If you administer a company account and are an approved partner, colleagues who create their account through the company’s invitation become your clients.

What earns commission

  • The first payment of each client: a monthly bundle, a single course or a team plan for a company. Renewals and the same client’s later purchases earn no further commission.
  • Gift orders paid through your link, each order separately.
  • Calculation basis: for individuals, the amount paid, VAT included; for companies, the amount excluding VAT; for gift orders, the amount paid less VAT at the standard Romanian rate (21%).
  • Payments in euro are converted at a fixed rate of 5 RON per euro before the commission is calculated. Commissions are recorded and paid in RON.
  • The percentage is that of the tier reached with that conversion; a commission, once calculated, does not change. There is no cap and no maximum number of clients.
  • Attribution does not expire: the first payment earns you commission whenever it comes after the account is created.
  • On the Romanian-language site, where prices are in RON, an annual plan counts as a first payment like any other, gift orders follow the same rule as here, and sponsored-article orders placed through your link earn commission on each order, on the amount excluding VAT.

How you get paid

  • You request the payout from your partner account, for the commissions available, at any time and with no minimum amount.
  • You need an IBAN and the account holder’s name, filled in under Settings. Companies can attach their invoice from the account.
  • We check every request and pay by bank transfer, in RON. You get an email when the transfer has been sent.
  • The commission for a sponsored article becomes available once the article is published, and is cancelled if the order is declined or its payment is reversed. The commission for a gift order is cancelled if its payment is reversed or disputed.

Promotion rules

  • Say clearly that you recommend through an affiliate link, for example the note “affiliate link” or #affiliate next to the link.
  • Do not send commercial messages to people who have not agreed to receive them (spam).
  • Do not promise what the platform does not offer: access without payment, discounts, formal qualifications or assured results. The Certificate of Completion is a private attestation of completion, not an academic or professional qualification.
  • Do not present yourself as an employee or representative of Cursuri AI and do not refer your own accounts.
  • Conversions obtained by breaking these rules are not paid, and the partner account may be closed.

In your partner account you see the names of the people you brought, their email address partly hidden, their status and the commission, not their payment details (Privacy Policy). If we change these conditions, the change applies only to conversions made after it is published; commissions already calculated stay as they are.

Questions about the affiliate program

How much does it cost to become a partner?

Nothing. Joining the program costs nothing and does not oblige you to buy anything. The partner account is activated after a check by our team.

How much do I earn for a client I bring?

Between 10% and 20% of their first payment, depending on how many clients you have brought so far: 10% for clients 1–4, 12% for clients 5–14, 15% for clients 15–29, 20% from client 30 onwards. Payments in EUR are converted at 5 RON for 1 euro, and the commission is calculated and paid in RON. For example, a monthly Business subscription of €299 brings you 149.50 RON at the first level. The commission calculated for a client does not change afterwards.

Do I also earn commission on renewals?

No. The commission is paid once for each client, at their first payment; renewals and later purchases by the same client bring no further commission. Gift orders are the exception: each gift order paid through your link is calculated separately.

How is a client attributed to my link?

The person reaches the site through your link, accepts marketing cookies and creates an account within 30 days at most, with an email and password or with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. Without consent to marketing cookies, the visit cannot be attributed. If they opened the links of several partners, the last one counts. Once the account is created, the first payment brings you a commission whenever it comes. We do not count clicks: in your partner account you see the accounts created and the clients who paid.

Does the client pay more if they come through my link?

No. The price is the same for everyone, and the commission is borne by Cursuri AI.
