Does it cost anything extra?
No. The AI Professor is included in your subscription — full plans or per-course subscriptions alike. There are no extra charges or hidden fees. A generous monthly fair-use limit applies, which you will not reach with normal use.
How does voice chat work?
Press the microphone button, speak in English and your question is transcribed automatically. You can edit the text before sending, or send it right away. If you enable read-aloud, the answer from the AI professor is spoken back to you. Everything runs in the browser, at no extra cost.
Does the AI Professor know the lesson content?
Yes. The AI professor has access to the full content of the current lesson and answers with specific information, not generic knowledge. Its responses are anchored in the course material, not in random information from the internet.
Which browsers support voice chat?
Voice chat works on Chrome, Edge and Safari (desktop and mobile). On browsers without speech recognition support, the microphone button is simply hidden — text chat works everywhere.
Can I use the AI Professor on my phone?
Yes. The AI professor works fully on mobile — including voice chat. It is ideal on the phone, where you can speak instead of typing.
How accurate are the answers? Is my data private?
The AI professor is grounded in the exact content of your lesson, so its answers are anchored in the course material — far more precise than a generic AI. Still, like any AI system, it can occasionally make mistakes, so for important decisions we recommend double-checking the information.
Your privacy is protected: your conversations are not used to train AI models, they are encrypted in transit and deleted at the AI provider within 30 days at most. Full details in our Terms and Conditions (section 10.1) and Privacy Policy.
