For the holidays, for a new colleague or at the end of a project: you can buy up to 50 codes in a single order, at the same price per code. We send them by email to each recipient, or you receive them and hand them over in person.
You choose what to give — a course or a whole plan — and pay once. The recipient gets by email a code that can be redeemed once and opens one month of access. It is not a subscription: it does not renew, we do not ask the recipient for a card and nothing more is charged to your card after the payment.
Exactly what the product costs for one month: €99 for a course of your choice, €299 for the Business plan, €399 for the IT Pro plan and €499 for the All Access plan. Every amount is a total, with VAT included. The gift is not a separate offer, it is the same product bought for someone else — see the gift page.
From the moment the recipient redeems the code, not from the moment of purchase. A gift bought on 1 December and opened on 3 January has the whole month, starting on 3 January.
12 months from purchase. We write to the recipient at most 3 times, the last time 14 days before the code expires. If you chose to hand the code over yourself, the notices come to you, because we have nobody else to write to: one about a month after the order and one before the code expires. If it is not redeemed by the deadline, the code expires and the amount is not refunded — the condition is written on the purchase page, in the confirmation you accept at payment and in the Terms & Conditions.
The gift does not shorten the access they pay for. The code is used at redemption, but the month they received starts only after the period they have paid for ends. Right after redeeming, they see the date from which it takes effect.
Yes. In the form you choose “Company”, and one order can hold up to 50 codes. You pay once and Stripe issues an invoice to the company from the billing details you enter at payment; the codes can go straight to each colleague or come to you, so you hand them over. The price per code is the same as for individuals.
Yes. Choose “To me, so I give the gift myself” and you get the codes together with cards ready to print; you can also send them as an image, from a screenshot. You can choose a future delivery date as well, if you want the email to arrive exactly on a birthday or on Christmas morning.
They need an account to learn, but they create it at the redemption step, with the address you sent the gift to. They are not asked for a card, and receiving the gift does not put them on any commercial mailing — only if they choose that themselves when creating the account.
For company orders, yes, automatically: at payment Stripe asks for the company’s billing address and, where it supports it, the VAT ID, and issues the invoice to the company; it arrives separately at your email address. As an individual you get the order confirmation by email; if you need an invoice in your name and have not received one, write to us with the order reference from the Contact page and we send it to you.
The Certificates of Completion earned in that month stay theirs after the month ends, like any certificate issued by the platform. Access to the lessons stops at the end of the month, and if they want to continue they take out a subscription in their own name, without losing their progress.
A course code opens exactly the course you chose, in English. A plan code opens the catalog in the language of the account that redeems it: on an account created on the Romanian site, it opens the same plan in the Romanian catalog, not the English one. The redemption page says this before the code is used, and the language of the account does not change.
The code goes out by email right after payment or on the day you choose. No subscription to stop afterwards.
